9:23At-Tawbah · Verse 23
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَتَّخِذُوٓا۟ ءَابَآءَكُمْ وَإِخْوَٰنَكُمْ أَوْلِيَآءَ إِنِ ٱسْتَحَبُّوا۟ ٱلْكُفْرَ عَلَى ٱلْإِيمَـٰنِ ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ
23. O you who believe! Take not as Auliyâ’ (supporters and helpers) your fathers and your brothers if they prefer disbelief to Belief. And whoever of you does so, then he is one of the Zâlimûn (wrong-doers).

آمَنُواْ ... تنبيه المؤمنين للعمل بمقتضى الإيمان، وتصديق الإيمان يكون بالأفعال، وأهمية أسلوب التذكير.
تَتَّخِذُواْ ... تقديم مصلحة الدين على كل شيء، والتحذير من اتباع الهوى، ووجوب البراءة من الشرك وأهله.
أَوْلِيَاءَ ... تحريم ولاية الكافر وتفضيله على المسلم، ووجوب ولاية كل مؤمن، ومحبة المرء لربه ودينه ورسوله.
اسْتَحَبُّواْ ... كلّ مسؤول عن اختياره لغير الإسلام، والتنبيه على محاسن الإيمان، وأنه ...
الولاية الدينية أعظم وأشرف من ولاية النسب.
