Verse 13 from Surah Al-Mumtahanah
60:13Al-Mumtahanah · Verse 13
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَتَوَلَّوْا۟ قَوْمًا غَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ قَدْ يَئِسُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ كَمَا يَئِسَ ٱلْكُفَّارُ مِنْ أَصْحَـٰبِ ٱلْقُبُورِ
13. O you who believe! Take not as friends the people who incurred the Wrath of Allâh (i.e. the Jews). Surely, they have despaired of (receiving any good in) the Hereafter, just as the disbelievers have despaired of those (buried) in graves (that they will not be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection).

لاَ تَتَوَلَّوْاْ ... ابتدأ الله تعالى السورة وختمها بالنهي عن موالاة أعدائه، تأكيدًا عليه وتشديدًا فيه.
غَضِبَ ... التحذير الشديد من موالاة المغضوب عليهم من أهل الكتاب، وإثبات صفة الغضب لله تعالى.
يَئِسُواْ ... من مات على الكفر فقد يئس من ثواب الآخرة، وحث للكفّار بالإيمان، قبل فوات الأوان.
