33:49Al-Ahzab · Verse 49
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِذَا نَكَحْتُمُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتِ ثُمَّ طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِن قَبْلِ أَن تَمَسُّوهُنَّ فَمَا لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ عِدَّةٍ تَعْتَدُّونَهَا ۖ فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ سَرَاحًا جَمِيلًا
49. O you who believe! When you marry believing women, and then divorce them before you have sexual intercourse with them, no ‘Iddah [divorce prescribed period, see (V.65:4)] have you to count in respect of them. So give them a present, and set them free (i.e. divorce), in a handsome manner.

آمَنُوا... أهمية الإيمان بالله تعالى في الامتثال لأوامره، وتلقي أحكامه، وحسن تنفيذها.
نَكَحْتُمُ... مشروعية النكاح، وتيسير أسبابه، وتحصيل منافعه، والسعي في تسهيل أموره.
الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ... على المؤمن اختيار الزوجة ذات الدين، التي يحكم تصرفاتها إيمانها، وتردّها تقواها.
طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ... حلُ عقد الزواج بالطلاق بيد الرجل، لا المرأة؛ فهو من يتحمل أعباءه، وحقوقه.
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ... استخدام الألفاظ ا...
وأمرهم بتمتيعهن بهذه الحالة بشيء من متاع الدنيا الذي يكون فيه جبر لخواطرهن لأجل فراقهن. السعدي:668.

Divorce Before Consummation
Believers! If you marry believing women and then divorce them before the marriage is consummated, you have no reason to expect them to observe a waiting period. Hence, provide well for them and release them in a becoming manner. (Verse 49)
